Kaya is an emotional wellbeing companion. It helps you slow down, write things out, and notice what keeps coming up. It uses AI to respond to you.
Kaya is not a therapist, doctor, diagnostic tool or crisis service. It does not provide medical advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
Because Kaya’s replies are generated by an AI model, they can be wrong. Use your own judgement, and don’t act on anything it says as though it came from a professional.
You need to be 16 or over to use Kaya. Keep your password to yourself, and use one account rather than sharing it — Kaya’s memory of you only makes sense if it is about one person.
What you write stays yours. We do not claim ownership of it, and we do not use it to train AI models. How it is stored and who can reach it is set out in the Privacy Notice.
Please don’t use Kaya to harm anyone, or to store other people’s personal information.
Kaya is in closed beta and provided as-is. Features will change, things will occasionally break, and backup practices are still being finalised — so don’t make Kaya the only home for something you could not bear to lose.
We may suspend or end access to the beta, and you can stop at any time by deleting your account from Settings.
Kaya is provided by Kaya UAE, of Dubai Hills, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, this does not remove the protections you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and it does not affect your data protection rights, which are set out in the Privacy Policy.
